1. Work closely with teams to identify new opportunities
2. Face to face meetings with existing customers and positive prospects
3. Manage existing customer relationship and identify opportunities to drive revenue growth
4. Work closely with existing customers to discover their needs and align solutions to address their needs
5. Utilize additional Sales resources to target and identify new business targets
6. Ensure all customers are on active contracts
7. Answer customers questions about products, prices, availability or credit terms
8. Quote prices, credit terms or other bid specifications.
9. Emphasize product features based on analyses of customers’ needs and on technical
10. knowledge of product capabilities and limitation.
10. Negotiate prices or terms of sales or services agreements
11. Maintain customer records using automated systems
12. Identify prospective customers by using business directories, following leads from existing clients.
13. Prepare sales contracts for orders obtained and submit for processing
14. Select the correct products or assist customers in making selections, based on customer’s needs, product specifications and applicable regulations
15. Collaborate with colleagues to exchange information such as selling strategies or marketing information
16. Provision of weekly report of activities and sales / contract updates
17. Provision of monthly reports summarizing performance and results
18. Assist Managed Service customers assigned to them, with any queries encountered by driving the relevant internal teams, to bring queries to a close within a timely fashion.
