Field Sales Specialist
About the Role
This position reports to the Senior Manager Sales or designate.
The primary purpose of the Field Sales Specialist role is to drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and brand awareness for Flow by identifying potential clients across digital and traditional channels, conducting sales presentations, and closing deals. The Field Sales Specialist will play a critical role in expanding Flow's customer base, exploring affinity program partnerships, and achieving sales targets in a competitive market.
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
Email proficient.
Four CSEC subjects including Mathematics and English.
Naturally engaging and outgoing.
Previous sales history.
Having a vehicle or one that is readily available to you.
Tech savvy.
Customer service oriented.
Key Accountabilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to identify potential customers and expand customer base across digital and traditional channels.
Leverage digital platforms to create a strong online presence, prospecting for new clients, and generating leads.
Collaborate with the mobile store team for activations, attending events, and promoting offers.
Identify opportunities for affinity program partnerships and establish relationships with potential partners.
Plan and execute regular visits to potential clients, presenting product and service offerings.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, addressing any questions or concerns promptly.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports, providing updates on sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends.
Collaborate with internal departments to optimize sales efforts and improve customer experience.
