Sales Call Center Agent
About the Role
• Handling Outbound and Inbound calls for a US based company.
• Identifying and qualifying potential leads during customer interactions.
• Ensure all communications meet the quality and consistency standards of
the company.
Requirements
• Minimum of 3 CSEC subjects (Grade 1-3) English must be included.
• Call Center Experience – This is a must for the role.
• Sales Experience – Prior sales experience is essential. Experience in
phone-based sales is a significant plus.
• Knowledge of Credit Reporting or Credit Repair – A major asset for this role.
• Experience in Financial Services – Considered an advantage.

• Must be able to work under pressure.
• Must have the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
• Computer literate
